Terms and Conditions for DMZ Custom Engraving

Welcome to DMZ Custom Engraving (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website [www.dmzcustomengraving.com] (the “Site”) and making purchases, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). • Product Availability: All products listed on the Site are subject to availability. We do not guarantee the availability of any product at any given time.
• Pricing: We make every effort to ensure that product prices on our Site are accurate, but errors may occur. In the event of an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the order before shipment and will notify you of any changes.
• Payment: Payment for products is due at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods as indicated on the Site. By submitting your payment details, you represent and warrant that you have the right to use the payment method provided.

4. Orders and Shipping

• Order Acceptance: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute an acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including after order confirmation.
• Shipping: Shipping fees and delivery times will be displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as postal service delays, customs, or weather conditions.
• Delivery Restrictions: We currently ship to the contiguous united states. If you are located outside these regions, please contact us to inquire about shipping availability.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Returns: No returns will be accepted on custom orders. All other returns will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
• Refunds:  If the custom order is incorrect due to the customer providing inaccurate information (e.g., wrong size, misspelled name, or incorrect design), DMZ Custom Engraving will not accept returns or exchanges.

6. User Conduct

By using our Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, or national laws.
• Post or transmit any harmful, defamatory, offensive, or illegal content.
• Interfere with the operation or functionality of the Site, including by uploading malicious software or attempting to gain unauthorized access.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Oklahoma City, rather than in court. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of  Dispute Resolution Consultants , and any judgment rendered may be enforced in any court with jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DMZ Custom Engraving regarding your use of the Site and purchase of products. Any prior agreements, whether oral or written, are superseded by these Terms.
